The Japanese sweet, Yakiimo (sweet potato)

We have lots of national sweets in Japan like dango, manju, dorayaki, yo-kan, taiyaki.... OK, countless. But one of the most simple Japanese sweets is yakiimo (baked sweet potato). It is known that women have boundless appetite for yakiimo and funny thing is that they are hesitate to tell gentlemen that they love it. Because sugar or milk is not used, it's so healthy and good for children's snack. This mild sweetness of the potato is loved by most of the Japanese women, no doubt. -How to make Just by baking sweet potato for 30 min. in the oven or toaster (not pop-up one), you can have a hot, soft and sweet potato. My recipe is, bake a potato with the toaster about 30 minutes at 170℃. Turn over when 15 minutes past. Put a folk or spit on the surface of the potato, if it's soft enough, ready to eat.
